Church history
On November 13, 1998, while being telecast, God conceived an end-time ministry in the great city of Anniston. God inspired the vision to share the Doctrine of the Kingdom of God through His servant-leaders, Apostle Andra & Dr. Cynthia Cunningham. The ministry started in a store-front building on West 13th Street with three members. Because of its uniqueness, the church was rightfully named New Life Christian Cathedral.
New Life Christian Cathedral has over the years fed thousands of people, gave clothes, educational supplies, Christmas toys all to the community through our Manna Restoration Ministry and Charity Golf Tournament. As well, New Life has brought in multiple Feed The Children trucks full of groceries and hygiene products. New Life has brought hundreds of souls to Christ through in-house ministry and various other witnessing ministries.
New Life Christian Cathedral has expanded our Church's name to the Philippines. We have formed a satellite-accredited college of Theology named Regional Christian College of Theology (umbrella under North Carolina College of Theology), which have graduated many students so far, including doctors. Also New Life has opened the school of the supernatural to train revival students for the nations.
In 2012 New Life changed it's name to New Life Apostolic Center! We believe the vision of this house is to be the apex and model of worship, business and education of excellence. Not only we believe this is a multi-cultural ministry serving the whole body but a national ministry becoming international!
About Our Leaders
Andra Cunningham the overseer of New Life Apostolic Center, which has multiple ministries within it, has been serving 25 years of public ministry. Some of the ministries within New Life are the school of the Supernatural (named Revival Training School), a day care, a preschool (named New Life Kiddie Korner), an outreach ministry (named Manna Restoration Ministry), a feeding program (named Isaiah 58), an accredited college of theology (named Regional Christian College Theology), Celebrate Recovery and many more. Apostle Cunningham also hosts an Annual Charity Golf tournament and one of the most recognized regional conference 'Opened Heaven Conference'. Apostle Cunningham has authored two books and currently writing more books. He's a certified Life Coach and founder/president of Bound 4 Glory Coaching Services, for church growth consulting, as well as executive and strategic coaching for others. He has been awarded his Bachelor and Masters in Biblical Studies and his Doctorate in Theology.
However his greatest blessing and ours is his bride, Lady Cynthia. Lady Cynthia, who gracefully serves beside her husband and apostle, also assist him in building, administrating and teaching; she possess a Masters in Biblical Studies and a Doctorate in Theology.
Spiritual Lineage: Apostle Cunningham is also the spiritual son of Apostle Maurice & Brenda Wright, Th.D. Apostle Cunningham is also a mentee of Dr. Rodney L. Parsley and serves on the Ministerial Alliance as Area Director.
The Legacy: Apostle believed he is called to bring revelation knowledge of the kingdom from a Hebraic perspective in the last days and change the society by the influence of the kingdom. He is also called to create revivalist equipped with the supernatural to usher in a harvest of souls, through men and women of God. Through his spiritual lineage, he is also called into the healing and miracle ministry through the power of the Holy Spirit.
